1. What helped me grow spiritually?
a few things that helped me on the path to becoming more spiritual:
1. Reading - reading all kinds of scriptures things that I felt came from God and were introducing me with new spiritual knowledge, remembering the bigger picture, even things that we do not understand.
2. Meditation reflecting and pondering - focus on the breathing, relax your body.
3. Desire - and within that desire there is belief. Wanting with all my heart to understand and be good - an overwhelming desire to become more - believing that there is magic, there is beauty, and it’s within me to discover it at any moment.
4. Looking for the spiritual - Being open, trusting, and knowing that every experience in this world has both the teachings of the spirit and the temporal, and both are there on my path.

1. We are in control, not "of the world", but of how we respond to it.
2. We can slowly carve the path to anything with focus and determination and faith, remember that movie with the man who carved his way out of jail.
3. Nephi said so 1 Nephi 14:14 “ and it came to pass that I, Nephi, beheld the power of the lamb of God, that it descended upon the Saints of the church of the land and upon the covenant people of the Lord, who were scattered upon all the face of the earth, and they were armed with righteousness and with the power of God in great glory”

7. You are loved by a Heavenly Father
How would you feel if you knew, in every moment, that Heavenly Father loves you?
How would you be sitting on the chair? how would your facial muscles be? how would you breathe?
if in every second of this next minute, you would know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is observing you know, is proud of you, is proud of your life and everything that you are striving for, everything you’ve done and all the problems, difficulties and pains that you are experiencing to become what he knows you can become. How would you feel if you didn’t guess/assume/want/expect.. you knew this truth beyond a shadow of a doubt. how would that feel? would you like to remember that feeling? wouldn’t you like to practice it again tomorrow?
do you remember a time when you felt this way with someone else? or in a great and maybe simple moment of your life?
what I’m saying is, lets use the tools this world has to offer us, so we can become those powerful people in this text and reclaim what is ours, which is the power to demonstrate in our lives, the dreams we want to have in every aspect.
