I would like to thank Sagit and Allegra for holding a music and meditation workshop at our branch library. This is the kind of workshop not many in our community have access to for free, so we really appreciate having the opportunity to spend time with them. Also, their harp and alto sax combination was beautiful and interesting and I think helped to center participants’ focus. We had a couple of adult patrons and a couple of teen patrons who participated. The workshop seemed adaptable to all who were present. Also, patrons commented afterward that they felt relaxed and/or that they learned something new about the practice of meditation. We would love to have Sagit and Allegra come back. Patrons who missed the workshop are hoping there will be another one.

Be your self, keep up with your own pace, not those faster or slower, but your own pace.
Trying to compare or be like others will just waste the chance to being like you.
We are all unique individual that nobody can be like us and no way we can be like others,
So be yourself.
Observe yourself, your emotions, your body languages.
then make a decision for your emotions and attitude.
Don’t judge the day by its weather.
Since you have a choice for yourself.
Be positive, be confident, be proactive.
the only person stopping you to be yourself is you.
So take back control of yourself!

I really enjoyed the space and environment you facilitated, especially the questions you asked. Overall it gave me faith in finding open, childlike activities again like the ones we had that I have seriously missed since childhood. I was happy to be there.
