Here is my requested setup and a few pics for visualization.
Room setup - Large Table for presenter (if you have a tablecloth even prettier!)
Chairs - what you are used to, but for me a semi-circle is preferable, if there is floor space for children or children and parents I prefer the chairs to be closely behind it at a semi-circle (not too far back, so the parents will participate as well). All is invited to dance/participate and have fun with us!!
Percussions - shakers, sticks and bells could help this program, and/or if you have a helping hand in distribution/collecting them. it might ease the flow of things for me. But not a must of course.
Do you have farm animals puppets? sometimes I use a cow, sheep, dog, chicken to get the children to show me their sounds and participate in the 'animal kingdom on our planet' section of the program.
